At Stadion, we are a small independent brand focused on intentional production rather than mass manufacturing.

To reduce unnecessary waste and avoid overproduction, every Stadion item is made after an order is placed rather than produced in bulk.

Because of this made-to-order model, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing information and product details before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Production

All Stadion products are produced after an order is placed. This ensures that every item is created specifically for you and helps reduce excess inventory and environmental waste.

For this reason, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Stadion is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a change, contact us immediately after ordering and we will try to assist if production has not started.
