Thank you for supporting Stadion. As a small independent brand, we produce items on demand rather than in bulk to reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Because of this model, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All Stadion items are made to order.

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process and prepare before shipping. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

Stadion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to that address, Stadion cannot be held responsible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Stadion.
